ACS Online Application

Thank you for considering ACS as your school of choice for educating your children and entrusting their character development to our professional staff.

How to Apply

ACS Online Application/Enrollment process includes, 1. Submitting an online New Student Application, 2. Scheduling a Tour and Student Assessment (K-8 only), and 3. Submitting an online Enrollment Packet.  

Before you can begin the New Student Application process, you must first create a FACTS Admissions Account.  Click on this Create an Account link to create your FACTS Admissions Account.

After you have created your FACTS Admissions Account, a "Verify Account" email will be sent to the inbox of the email address you chose to use.  Once you open that email, click on the "Verify Account" link.  That link will take you to the login page of your FACTS Admissions Account.  Use the ACS District Code ACS-OR and your your newly created "username" and "password" to login. 

When logged in, you will click the "Create A New Student Application" button to start your student's application.

The person who creates a student's Application in FACTS is considered the "Enrollment Responsible Person" in the FACTS system. That person will need to be the one to complete all steps in the enrollment process. If the "Enrollment Responsible Person" needs to be changed during the enrollment process, please contact the school.

You will need to submit an New Student Application for each student you are intending to enroll at ACS.

Once you have completed the New Student Application, a non-refundable fee of $25 will be required to submit each application.

 

Once your application has been submitted and reviewed...

Kindergarten-8th Grade: You will receive an email to schedule an Admissions Meeting and Student Assessment. Once the Student Assessment has been completed successfully and a spot is available for you, you will receive an email with instructions to Create a FACTS Family Portal Account and complete the online Enrollment Packet including signing a Tuition Contract and submitting the Enrollment Fee. 

Preschool/PreK: If a spot is available for you, you will receive an email with instructions to Create a FACTS Family Portal Account and complete the online Enrollment Packet including signing a Tuition Contract and submitting the Enrollment Fee.

Summer Only Childcare: You will receive an email with instructions on how to Create a FACTS Family Portal Account and complete the Summer Childcare Registration Process.
